Alongside your form entries, we automatically record marketing attribution data so we understand how you reached us. This includes the campaign source and medium, search or campaign terms, the page you first landed on, your browser user-agent, your IP address, and advertising click identifiers (for example Google or Meta ad click ids) passed in the web address or held in first-party cookies. How we use your data, and how we’ll contact you
We use your details to arrange the window quotes you asked for and to match you with vetted local installers who can quote for your project. We will contact you by phone about the enquiry you made — the call is directly related to your quote request. We may also contact you by email or text about that same enquiry. We do not sell your data for unrelated marketing.
The lawful bases we rely on are your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interests in responding to and fulfilling your request. The marketing attribution data is used to measure and improve our advertising and to prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions.
Who we share it with
Qualified enquiries may be passed to a matched installer (or an installer network partner) so they can prepare and provide your quote. We also use trusted service providers who host this site and help us process enquiries on our behalf. How long we keep it
We retain your enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless we are required to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation.
